All year round - Mountain biking possible This trail leads to the beaches of Kerouriec and Kerminihy, and on to La Roche Sèche.
Departure point: From Place Saint-Märgen, head towards the end of the square, with your back to the town hall. Turn left into rue Vachter Lenn, then right into rue Le Barh for 30 m. Turn left into rue de la Poste, then right into rue des Pierres Noires. Continue along the country lane.
Step by step :
1) At the pond, keep left. After the bends, join the road. Turn right, then left as you leave the village. Leave the road, turn right onto the country lane, then left at the next intersection.
2) At the road, turn left, then right 50 m further on, along a path lined with stone walls.
3) Pass the crossroads, then turn left at the fork. Cross the moorland. After 300 m, turn right at the crossroads. Follow the wetland of the former Poulbé pond. Follow the Chemin des Oyats to the road.
4) Turn left, then right through the gate. Then take the first path on the left that leads to Roche Sèche and Kerouriec beach. Cross the dune massif, an exceptional natural area forming part of the Grand Site de France Gâvres-Quiberon. Observe the remains of the Atlantic Wall dating from the Second World War: in addition to the bunkers, winter storms regularly uncover other defensive elements previously buried under the sand. In 2018, a Belgian door, a tetrahedron and a piece of rail were discovered on Kerminihy beach.
