Facing East-West, it is bright, opening onto the courtyard on one side and onto the terrace and garden on the other.
You'll appreciate the brightness, the exposed stone wall, the "home-style" fitted kitchen and the sheltered, west-facing terrace for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif!

On the first floor, the living area is composed as follows:
