Grande Plage de Carnac
Rejuvenate in Southern Brittany, between the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan! With its two kilometers of fine sand, Carnac's Grande Plage is the largest of the town's five beaches. With its two kilometers of white sand and southern exposure, it's a favorite with walkers. During the summer months, bathing is supervised and water sports can be practised in complete safety. Two beach clubs operate here during the summer season.
To the west of the Grande Plage, the Carnac Yacht Club welcomes you all year round to enjoy all forms of water sports. A number of restaurants and shops are just a short stroll away. The Grande Plage is also accessible to people with motor disabilities, thanks to specially adapted equipment and the presence of qualified staff who provide swimming assistance, changing rooms, adapted showers and toilets.
