The last of the gîtes to be renovated, in Joséphine's longère, it offers the most spacious volumes of all the gîtes. Each of the 4 bedrooms is decorated in a unique, sought-after style.

The first floor features a luminous 50 m2 living room, including a modern, fully-equipped blue kitchen. You'll also find a spacious master suite, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
Also on the first floor, a master suite (160 x 200 bed), walk-in closet and bathroom.

On the second floor, 2 bedrooms, each with a 1600/200 bed (divisible if required), closet. Shared bathroom and separate WC.
On the second floor, under the rafters, a lovely master bedroom (180 x 200 bed, divisible if required) with en-suite bathroom.

Outside:
With this gîte, you have access to terraces and garden of approx. 150m² fenced in.
The first 20m2 south-facing wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the indispensable Weber barbecue.
The second terrace faces west, and features a lounge area.
There's also a sun lounger for relaxing.

Three parking spaces in front of the gîte (depending on vehicle size), with the possibility of parking further into the hamlet if required.
