Pink October: Sports challenge

For its first participation in the "Octobre Rose" event, the Espace Forme association is joining forces with the C.C.A.S. at the local gym from October 12 to 26 for a sporting challenge open to all, featuring 4 cross-training activities.

The four workshops will be held at the Locmariaquer municipal gym, on a self-service basis and during the association's opening hours. Visitors and club members are welcome to take part free of charge.

The principle is simple. You do as many kilometers as you like on one of the three cross-training racks, or as many pull-ups on the TRX sange as you can manage. The mileage data is then recorded for statistical purposes. From October 12 to 26, 2024, the gym will be open to novices and regulars alike, and everyone will be able to make a contribution while exercising. This is thanks to the donations that will be made by participants for breast cancer research.

Monday 5.30pm to 8pm; Tuesday 5pm to 8.45pm; Wednesday 10am to 12.45pm; Thursday 5pm to 8.45pm; Friday 5.30pm to 8pm; Saturday 10am to 12.45pm.
