Phytotherapy training 12 months - 10 sessions in Auray

One Friday afternoon per month from January to December 2025 (10 sessions - break in July and August).

At Local Alre Bio in Auray (56)

Each session :
- 1 herbal medicine course: the basics of physiology and nutrition, then useful plants for a given topic (cultivation, harvesting, recognition, uses, contraindications...)
- 1 practical workshop: preparation of a syrup, balm, herbal tea, plant extract, maceration, etc.
OR a botanical outing to discover plants in the field, their history, their culinary and medicinal virtues...

Topics covered :
Galenicals, detox, osteo-articular pain, digestion, blood and lymphatic circulation, skin, stress and sleep, women, immunity, ENT system, etc.
As well as
Herbal teas and decoctions, hydroalcoholic extracts, glycerine extracts, balms and oily macerates, syrups

2 qualified trainers: Primelle and Lila, producers of medicinal plants (https://meristeme-boutique.fr/) and herbalists.
