Since 1992, this family-run business has been processing Label Rouge Scottish salmon and organic Irish salmon using traditional, artisanal methods: salted with salt from La Trinité sur Mer, smoked with shavings from the Camors clog-maker, and entirely hand-smoked.

In-house delicatessen products: fresh rillettes, tarama (Coq d'or 2021), fish kebabs and many other delicacies.

Animations and free tastings on reservation every Tuesday from 10am to 12pm in July and August at the store in Crac'h.
Production visible (during production hours) from the store, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 7pm. Sunday mornings in season (10h- 12h30).
