Hieu, for his part, very quickly took the same path as Huyen. Even as a child, he was curious about everything, and it was at his side that he learned the basics of catering. As his passion and interest for the business grew, it became obvious that he would always work in the restaurant business: first in Touraine, then in Spain, after having traveled all over the world.
