Ideally located on the second floor, with a breathtaking view of the Teignouse lighthouse, the Pointe du Conguel and the three islands (Houat, Hoëdic and Belle-Île). Historically, the residence was built at the same time as Louison Bobet's thalasso spa.
It was an aparthotel with a concierge service for Thalasso curists crossing the boulevard de Conguel in their bathrobes.
A 9-hole compact golf course (double tee) with driving range is just 50 m from the residence.
