The gîte will be completely refurbished in 2019, giving you all the comfort you're looking for.

- Ground floor: airlock with storage cupboard, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, food processor, etc.), living room, toilet with washing machine, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 80x200 that can be made into 160x200), cupboards and desk for telecommuting, shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC. Baby accessory on request. Private south-facing terrace, plancha available. Closed garage for bikes and boat equipment.
Adjoining gite not overlooked by Ty Paul gite, electric recharging point, parking in front of gite. Rental of electric and single bikes for adults on request.
Deposit €500 on arrival by cheque or cash. Cleaning charge €50. Baby equipment on request.
