Spring recipes" cooking workshop at Kuzu
Viviane, a member of the Association Végétarienne de France, invites you to prepare some spring recipes. Together, you'll make an asparagus stir-fry, a savoury onion tart and a sweet tart with the last apples and the first strawberries - homemade pie dough and the use of a very precious culinary aid for these three exercises: Kuzu - this hepatoprotective starch has the property of neutralizing acidity, and plays an important role in neuronal activity. Tasting on site, or to take away if you bring a container.
