The concert will feature the two choirs ranked 1st and 2nd in the 2024 Brittany championship for Britton-speaking choirs, KAN DRE GAN (Rennes) directed by Yves Le Martret, and CHOEUR AN ALRE (Auray) directed by Angeline Johnston. A repertoire of Breton and Celtic songs will be performed a capella in the Breton language.
Angeline Johnston will sing two Renaissance songs as a soprano soloist, accompanied by Jean-Yves Gouiffès on the newly-installed choir organ in St Sauveur church.
