Mental health is a sensitive and often taboo subject.
The CESER (Conseil Economique, Social et Environnemental Régional) of Brittany has adopted a report and formulated a number of recommendations: change the way we look at mental health, get to know it better, cultivate it and make it a top priority.
Young Breton artists have illustrated this study with their paintings, and you can come and see the exhibition at the media library during normal opening hours.
