After telling the story of his father in his film "Au nom de la terre", director Edouard Bergeon shares his memories of his mother, grandmothers and great-grandmothers, all farmers. For this documentary, he travelled around France to gather the confidences and outbursts of Marie-Claude, Lucie, Anne-Cécile, Claire, Estelle, Marie-Paule and Jeannette, and thus retrace the long and remarkable history of the "Women of the Land" from the post-war period to the present day.
