As part of Jazz Week
In 2025, the École de musique's Jazz workshop celebrates its 20th anniversary.
To mark the occasion, the Auray School of Music is offering a week dedicated to Jazz, with special guest trumpeter Geoffroy Tamisier.
An opportunity for Alréen-nes, young and old, to discover jazz on a variety of occasions.
Open to all, ages 12 and up
Starting with what Jazz is all about, teachers from the École de musique will try to explain how Jazz pieces are constructed.
The subtleties of Jazz will be evoked through the listening of pieces.
Listeners will gain a better understanding of this constantly evolving style.
