The first evening is an invitation to share either :
-a real-life situation which, with hindsight, has enriched us with a better or different understanding of ourselves or others
-or a surprising trick to thwart a small or big problem,
- or a juicy story to tell.
The aim is to share the lessons learned from this experience, to bring us something new, something positive, something open, and to learn from others... And why not laugh or at least smile.
Courtesy, good listening skills, good humor and a desire to progress are essential.
