What better way to discover the culinary riches of seaweed than by taking a stroll through the sea? During this outing, nature guide Mélanie Chouan will show you the different types of seaweed at low tide and give you recipe ideas for preparing your meals!
At the end of the outing, you'll make a seaweed tartare and receive a recipe booklet.
Meeting point: Pointe de Kerbihan, La Trinité sur Mer.
Bring: waterproof boots or shoes, scissors, a bucket for harvesting, a notebook + pencils (optional) and a cup for tasting.
Capacity: 10 people minimum; 20 people maximum (children under 4 are not counted).
