A family business (Cousin family) specializing in shellfish trading since 1991, Les Viviers de Saint Colomban markets over 5,000 tons of seafood a year: oysters, shellfish and crustaceans.
The company farms oysters, clams and cockles on more than 18 hectares of land on the Quiberon peninsula.
Les Viviers de Saint Colomban is also a network of 500 fishermen on foot, spread over different beds from the Arcachon Basin to the Baie de Somme, who ensure regular fresh deliveries.
The shellfish comes directly from the fishing boats that ply the coasts of Brittany.
