Visit Cadoudal's Mausoleum
Visit the Cadoudal Mausoleum as part of the European Heritage Days.
In 1823, the Bretons of Morbihan decided to dedicate a mausoleum to the memory of Georges Cadoudal, the Kerléano-born leader of the Breton Chouannerie, and his comrade-in-arms Mercier la Vendée. The neo-classical structure is listed as a Monument Historique, in particular for its terraces and central staircase.
