Since 2013, Matthieu FOURNEAU and Bertrand GUILLO have been growing Spirulina of the highest nutritional quality at Landaul in Morbihan (Southern Brittany), in an unspoilt setting with a privileged climate on the banks of the Ria d'Etel, far from major roads and intensive farming areas.
Bretagne Spiruline is an atypical farm in the agricultural landscape, responding directly to current and future ecological and food issues by producing low-temperature-dried spirulina.

In France, more and more people are including spirulina in their daily diet. Spirulina is one of the richest foods in the world, naturally containing many of the nutrients we need: proteins, iron and minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants...

Come and discover the history and culture of this superfood, already consumed by the Aztecs in Mexico and the Kanembou populations in Chad!
